hello,

i sincerely hope that this will be viewed by Masala Bites management. i inquire as i'm hopeful that some sort of credit, discount or coupon for future use will be offered.

this is now our fourth experience with Masala Bites... while we *thoroughly* enjoyed our first three experiences, the chicken in our Chicken Reshmi Kabab dish was extremely dry; in the past, it was both delicious & moist! this time, it took effort to enjoy more than a few bites.

unrelated issue & question: are dishes ordered within the restaurant (for dine-in) intentionally made *significantly* larger than those ordered online (for pick-up/carry-out)? i inquire as my Chicken Biryani dish was, albeit tasty, roughly half the size (if not less) of that which i received when i dined on-site.

Food was dry and tasted like slightly reheated leftovers from the buffet. Even the naan was rubbery and inedible. We've eaten here before and it's gone downhill. Won't be back.
